Our concept for Cleveland Park, Vardaan Reality is a new take on residential dwellings. Its design dedicates the ground floor towards retail stores and facilitates a coherent method of shopping while retaining the privacy of the residential space.
The Goodwill Society clubhouse is a generous multi-purpose space. We have designed this 22500 sqft. plot to accommodate both a parking area and a well-, allowing the remaining site area to be a jogging track.
An ongoing enterprise for Vardaan Reality, the Parag Society is a redevelopment project in Erandwane, Pune. Accommodating a triad of 3 BHK residential apartments on each floor, this 6-storeyed establishment has a strategically staggered floor plan and provides a snug terrace area to each unit.
